- Drop down the schedule button and change it from “fixed” to “ASAP.” By doing this, the patient’s appointment will automatically be added to the ASAP list.
- If the patient has a specific time requirement, it’s helpful to add a note to their appointment information, such as “4 PM or later.”
- Click OK to save the changes to the appointment.

- To find appointments on the ASAP list, go to the top of the appointment book and click on “Appointment List.”
- In the Select List, click on “ASAP List Appointments” to see all patients who have requested to come in sooner.
